Refund Policy

The short version

There are no refunds. Ever. If you are not sure, do not buy. If you bought and changed your mind, the answer is still no.

The full version

All purchases of AlchemyOS products, consulting and services are final and non-refundable. This applies to everything we sell, at every price, without exception.

This applies whether or not you have started the program, finished a protocol, attended a call, used a system, generated revenue, reached a particular outcome, or held a particular expectation about results.

This does not remove any right you have under the law that applies to you. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, that law governs and we will honour it.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract bought at a distance. Because our work begins immediately, we ask you at the point of purchase to make an express request for it to start inside those 14 days, and to acknowledge that once we have fully performed you no longer have the right to withdraw. You confirm this in a box you have to tick before you can pay, and we keep a record of it.

If you withdraw after we have begun but before we have finished, you pay for what was delivered up to that point, in proportion, and nothing more.

Why

What is delivered here is time, attention and access. A session that happened cannot be un-attended, and an hour reserved for you cannot be sold to anyone else afterwards. There is nothing to return.

There is a second reason, and it is the more useful one. A refund option quietly changes how people show up. The work asks you to stop other things, hold a position you have not held before, and stay with something uncomfortable for longer than you would like. A door marked "exit with your money" sitting beside all of that does not help you take it. Knowing the money has gone is part of what makes people finish. That is why the policy is strict, and it is the same reason we would rather turn work away than sell to someone who is not sure.

What you see before you buy

Everything included, every guarantee and this policy are shown to you before you pay, and the checkout will not take your money until you have ticked a box confirming you have read this policy and asked us to begin. If you are buying after a conversation with us rather than from this page, we send you these terms in writing before you pay, and we ask you to confirm you have read them. We would rather lose a sale to a question than close one on an assumption.

The Execution and Alignment Guarantee

This covers every one-to-one engagement. It is a continuation protocol rather than a refund mechanism.

If you complete the engagement, meaning you attend the sessions, do the weekly practice we set with you, and submit the check-ins, and at the end there is no shift you can point to, we keep working with you at no additional cost for up to six further weeks. Six is the cap whatever the length of the engagement.

The conditions are deliberately concrete, because a guarantee nobody can measure protects nobody. It requires the same participation the original engagement required. It does not convert into money, a transfer, or an open-ended commitment.

Pausing

Payments can be paused, within the limits set out in your agreement. Pausing is not a refund and does not reduce the total.

Chargebacks

Contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Disputed transactions are defended with the receipt, the terms you were shown, your acceptance of them, and the access and attendance record proving delivery. Where a chargeback is found in our favour we will pursue the original amount plus reasonable recovery costs.

If you bought by mistake

If you completed a duplicate transaction by accident, meaning the same purchase, the same email and the same card inside the same minute, we reverse the duplicate. That is the only refund category we honour. Email us immediately with both transaction IDs.
