Who we are

The Services are operated under the trading name “AlchemyOS” by Renato Fonseca, operating as a sole proprietor. Registered address: Vale de Seixos N/A, Estoi, 8005-539 Faro, Portugal.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and not barred from receiving the Services under applicable law. By purchasing, you represent that all of the above are true.

Services and access

We offer paid tiers including The Treasure House Within, Inner Game Intensive, Inner Alchemy + DFY Outer Game, and The Sovereign Expansion. Each tier includes the deliverables described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Access is delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., checkout processors, video hosting, community platforms, and communication channels). Access continuity depends in part on those platforms remaining operational.

Lifetime access means access for as long as the Company maintains the relevant tier in active operation. If a tier is discontinued in full, lifetime-access buyers will be migrated to the closest equivalent tier or receive an equivalent product, at our sole reasonable discretion.

Payments & No Refunds

Prices are listed in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected at the point of sale via our payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge in full. Recurring subscriptions (e.g., The Treasure House Within) renew automatically until cancelled by you.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstance beyond accidental duplicate transactions reported within 24 hours. Please see our Refund Policy for full terms.

Execution & Alignment Guarantee

Buyers of the Inner Alchemy + DFY Outer Game tier are protected by an execution-based continuation guarantee. If the buyer fully implements the internal and external processes and experiences no measurable shift in execution capacity or pipeline generation, we will continue working with the buyer until they do. This requires documented proof of execution. This is an accountability mechanism, not a refund mechanism.

Intellectual Property

All content delivered as part of the Services, including video, audio, somatic frameworks, business systems, templates, and materials, is owned by Renato Fonseca. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal and business operation. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, post publicly, or feed the materials into an AI model that produces public output.

No Medical, Psychiatric, or Professional Advice

The Services provided by AlchemyOS—including breathwork, energetic facilitation, and trauma dissolution frameworks—are strictly for educational and self-optimization purposes. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are not a substitute for professional mental health care. You are entirely responsible for your own physical and mental well-being.

Furthermore, nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for retaining appropriate professional advisors for your specific business circumstances.

No Earnings or Income Claims

We do not guarantee any specific income, profit, deal flow, or business outcome. Any financial results referenced in marketing materials, case studies, or testimonials are individual results based on individual execution and internal alignment. They do not predict or guarantee any future outcome for you. Implementation is entirely your responsibility.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive forum for any dispute is the applicable courts of Faro, Portugal, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction.
