This Privacy Policy describes how Renato Fonseca (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit alchemy-os.net or purchase any AlchemyOS product or service.

The Services are operated under the trading name “AlchemyOS” by Renato Fonseca, operating as a sole proprietor in Portugal. Registered address: Vale de Seixos N/A, Estoi, 8005-539 Faro, Portugal.

What we collect

Information you provide: Email, name, billing address, phone, payment information (collected and processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card data), and any free-text you submit through applications or onboarding forms.

Usage data: Pages visited, referrer, IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, and event interactions on the site.

Communications: Records of email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and message exchanges between you and us.

Submitted materials: Video calls, business audits, somatic integration feedback, outbound campaigns, and other materials you submit for private facilitation or review.

How we use it

  • To deliver the Services and grant access to purchased tiers.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to inquiries, deliver 1-on-1 facilitation, review submitted business materials, and operate the community.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, schedule changes) and email sequences you opted into.
  • To produce anonymized case studies, internal training materials, and aggregated analytics. Personally identifying information is always redacted before any external use.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small set of first-party cookies for site functionality (session, security) and, with your consent, lightweight analytics. As a business operating in the EU, visitors are protected under GDPR and will see an opt-in cookie banner; analytics and marketing cookies are off by default until you accept. Sub-processors

We use third-party platforms to deliver the Services. Each one has its own privacy practices:

  • Calendly: Calendar and booking (stores email, name, phone, and booking metadata).
  • YouTube / Vimeo: Video hosting and viewing analytics.
  • WhatsApp / Telegram: 1-on-1 private facilitation and community messaging.
  • Email Providers: Transactional and broadcast email delivery.
  • Hosting: Secure site hosting and database management.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; you transmit information at your own risk.
